Studio Share / Desk Space incl Meeting Room at Netil House in London Fields
I'm renting out a desk in my lovely studio at Netil House in London Fields (Hackney, E8). Netil House is a buzzing hub with plenty of creative start-ups, restaurants and a rooftop bar. Broadway Market and Victoria Park are just around the corner.
My studio is on the ground floor, has its own entrance and contains an office area and a workshop / meeting area (see photos). I use the studio for my wine course business, Winecdote. You'll be sharing the space with me and my French bulldog.
The price is £275 per month. The reason that I am renting it out for less than market value is that I'll be hosting my wine tasting courses and events in the workshop area. This will be mostly during evenings and weekends, but it might also be during daytime. So I am looking for someone who doesn't mind that there are sometimes events going on. Of course you are free to use the meeting / workshop space whenever it is free!
