We have 4 - 5 dedicated desk spaces to rent on a month by month basis.
The office space is centrally located in Toronto’s downtown core, a 7 minute walk from Queen subway station. The beautifully lit brick and beam space is open plan, with 24/7 access.
The stylish office entrance includes a comfy lobby area for greeting guests and clients, a
beautiful executive glass boardroom, with mounted TV and whiteboard wall.
There is also a soundproof room/studio which can be also be used for meetings,
video conferences, recordings etc.
There are 4 large and 1 medium dedicated height adjustable desks. Co-workers will have
full access to the kitchen and dining area with a fridge, microwave, coffee & tea
making station, toaster, and filtered water. There is storage space for coats and locked filing cabinets for you to use. Internet access is included, colour printing, copying &
scanning as well as basic office supplies.
You can rest easy knowing that your belongings will be safe, the office is fully insured, uses a
smart security locking system and has 2 security cameras. The external building doors are also
locked after office hours.
