Great opportunity to have your own good-sized (160 x 80cm) desk to rent in a fantastic shared studio space on the 4th floor of Shacklewell Studios. All bills included! There are currently three desks available - all are the same size, but have their own style - come take a look!

Just 2 minutes walk from Dalston high street, Shacklewell studios is a hub of creativity for small businesses, artists and freelancers.

The studio is on the top floor has great views across the whole of London, as well as:

> Kitchen with 4 hobs, toaster, 2 coffee machines.

The shared studio has 8 desks - of which 3 are available for rent.

The studio itself is currently occupied by a web-developer/photographer, a graphic designer, creative director, sound engineers and more! - and has its own fridge for milk/drinks, projector and projection screen, high-speed broadband/wifi.

Dalston high street has a wide variety of lunch time choices and 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland/7 minutes to Dalston Junction. It's also 2 mins from the main bus routes up and down Kingsland road and opposite the wildcard 236 bus route that cuts from Finsbury park down to Hackney Wick.

There's bike lock space outside the front of the studios. The floor is really secure with double locks and shutters over all entry points plus additional locks to the studio.
