The unit is a square penthouse with incredible views of the city, the bay bridge and treasure island. It's walking distance form the BART (10mn) and located in beautiful Jackson Square (edge of financial district).
The space is perfect for a small startup. We started with 2 people in there and we are currently comfortably sitting 7. The place in there is hooked up with high speed fiber, with AC/heater, 4 operating windows. We also have access to great amenities: 1 large conference room with stunning views for clients, 1 smaller room to take calls, a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, outdoor tables on the balcony overlooking Transamerica building. The landlord is a lawyer working on the floor below. He and his team are the most helpful people around, including a receptionist that greets your visitors and make sure you get your mail/packages. Finally if you need more space, 3 offices are available on the floor below, including 2 corner offices.
The penthouse is on the 7th floor. There is an elevator until the 6th floor then it's a walkup. $3850 is all inclusive (aside from internet): water, electricity and daily cleaning crew.
