We are a boutique global growth strategy firm with offices in Helsinki, Berlin and New York, and have recently expanded here in Canada.

Our Toronto-based team includes anthropologists, foresight experts and strategists and having acquired a great new downtown space, we are currently looking for start-ups to share our office space as we grow.

- Boardroom with Apple TV
- Three smaller break-out rooms
- Kitchen and lounge space

WHAT YOU GET
- 6-8 dedicated desks
- Shared access to the boardroom, meeting rooms, kitchen and other shared spaces
- 24/7 access and a dedicated mailbox
- Tea, coffee, weekly cleaner included
- Use of a shared printer/scanner

PRICE & TERM
- $630 per desk per month, internet and use of meeting rooms included in price
- Optional: a dedicated meeting room can be included for an additional $1000 per month
- Term: 6-12 months with option to extend if both parties agree
- Two months rent required up front (first and last months rent)
