Ugly Duck revitalises underused space. We find empty and underused spaces and open them up for a range of creative uses. We run projects which animate and connect people to public spaces.
Our new venue, Off Quay, is a brand new 8,000 square foot creative space nestled in the heart of London's Docklands. Off Quay is a busy and welcoming hub, perfect for artists and corporate users alike. We work with a variety of users onsite, facilitating film and photography shoots, rehearsals and productions, events, parties, away days and corporate training, screenings and exhibitions, hot desking and freelance work, and much more.
We rent desk space from £20/day, providing an affordable and flexible way to work. We also have a separate closed meeting room at £15/hour, suitable for private office space for small teams, smaller training sessions or meetings or as a creative production office.
Our site includes wifi, an onsite cafe, meeting rooms and parking. We are a fully accessible venue with onsite security and disabled access.
