We are licensed therapists and acupuncturists who share a beautiful & renovated wellness space at the flower district on 28th street in Manhattan. We've created a reliable and supportive network and thriving community to help each other to grow our private practice while providing excellent services to our clients.
Our space is BEAUTIFUL sunny, clean and spacious rooms available for rent part time or full time. All the rooms are soundproofed, and feature huge windows with breathtaking view from a top floor. We welcome any licensed/professional health, acupuncturists, chiropractors, PTs, OTs, massage therapists or breath-workers who are looking for a part time or full time treatment room in a supportive and peaceful space. Reasonable rent that includes all utilities and much more: heat, AC, electricity, Wifi, water cooler, kitchenette private intercom for each office, 24/7 access in building with lobby attendant.
Fortunately, our office suites and waiting area are so specious that we easily spread the chairs well over 6' apart. We implement NYS guidelines and complying with CDC recommendations for safety including: a sign posted notifying clients to disclose to clinicians if they have or suspect to have been exposed. We also have hand sanitizer available in the waiting room and wipe down high traffic touch points (doorknobs and chairs) at least 2x a day with antibiotic cleaner.
Our building is extremely well maintained and has done terrific job for public areas such as sanitizing the elevators hourly.
In general, our building's elevator is not as busy as other buildings, which is a huge plus.
Rental options are available for those who are starting out and need space just 1 day/week, or those who need a full-time space for their established practice. The photos are available here but the pics do not do the space justice, it's way more beautiful in real life.
