Separate entrance with a street view which allows for your client’s easy access as well as marketing potential for future clients. Amenities included are free parking, internet and break room.
Fees for Pop-Up Suite:
One-time non-refundable application fee of $175 is required at the time of booking. The application fee covers a criminal background check and administrative fees. Daily rate is $75. Daily rate must be paid 48 hours prior to your reservation date. Hours of operation are Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM and Sunday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. The suite is available as early as 7:00AM and as late as 6:00PM to allow for setup and breakdown.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations less than 24-hour notice will result in daily rate being forfeited. No exceptions. All cancellations with 24-hour notice of your reservation date will result in a credit for future date (based on availability).
Agreements and Acknowledgements:
A signed vendor agreement is required with each booking date. Proof of a professional license and liability insurance is required. Absolutely NO CHILDREN allowed unless being serviced. Absolutely NO EATING in the suite. NO CLIENTS allowed in the break room.
