Rules
No smoking in the building or loitering outside of the building, on the premises. Catering is allowed. No alcohol allowed in any of the spaces. You and your guests are required to remain in the space(s) booked and CANNOT utilize additional spaces unless and until they are booked by you. You are required to sign in the reception area.

Additional for After Hours, Weekends and Holidays.

After hours- 7:00- 9:30 am and after 6:00pm $70.00 per hour
Weekends: $80.00 per hour
