Description

We have desk space available to rent in our DTLA office space at the Corporation Building in the heart of Gallery Row at 724 S. Spring Street. The building is a 13 story office tower originally built in 1915 but has recently been converted into creative work spaces.

We are looking for like-minded creatives who are passionate about what they do and will add to the design culture of our creative space.

We have a corner unit on the 11th floor with amazing views of the downtown skyline, lots of natural light, polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings.

Desks available at $325 per month each. Also included are high-speed cable internet, wifi, utilities, bi-weekly cleaner and access to shared color inkjet and b/w laser printer, refrigerator, microwave and common area, private bathroom and roof deck lounge. The building has 24-hour access and parking is not included.
