We are a video production company on the 5th floor of a Lower East Side walk-up renting out an office space in our open, sunlit studio. There are six desks in the office available to rent on a monthly basis.
The building is conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk from B, D, J, Z, M and F trains. Chinatown/Lower East Side is a fun, lively neighborhood with plenty of great coffee shops and places to eat.
The space is west-facing with clean, modern decor and floor-to-ceiling windows; there is a ton of natural light and it is nice and quiet. Wifi, AC, full kitchen, living room/lounge area, and two bathrooms. Elevator access available.
