STUDIO 7A (Dimensions: 15 x 23)
We provide a comfortable and spacious room for meetings, rehearsals and presentations. Our studio has heating and AC, along with access to our lobby and restroom.
In addition, our studio is equipped with purple/brown/light blue background papers which make it ideal for casting and production shoots.
Chairs and tables are available to set up as needed.
Weekend rentals or weekday rentals after 6pm require a $200 fee for a staff member to be on-site.
For an additional flat free of $100, the space will include:
1x Canon XA Camcorder
2x Batteries
1x Charger
2x LED Lights
1x Boom Pole
Furniture & Props
Arrival:
We are close to the 23rd st C E stop, the 23rd st 1 stop, the 23rd st F M stope, and the 23st R W stop. Street parking is difficult on weekdays but fairly open on weekends. There are multiple parking garages within 10 blocks.
Space Access:
Every "session" will need to have an employee to open, stay for the duration, and close up. They have the only keys and main door access codes.
On weekends and after 5pm on weekdays, the freight elevator does not run. The passenger elevator is always functional and can hold 4-8 people comfortable. We ask that you not move furniture in the passenger elevator.
We own the entire 7th floor, almost every room is open for paid use. Bathrooms and kitchenette are available for any room purchase package. The on-site employee will be able to open any door available to you.
