Space available in share of a 400 sq ft ground floor Studio with a spacious high ceiling. You get your own permanent space and a little storage (this is not hot desking). There is space to build things but primarily it's desk based.
Shared with a filmmaker/digital artist and graphic designer/digital artist - both desk and computer based makers.
It would suit someone mostly desk-based or producing small scale work, and does not work with any toxic or dusty materials. A digital artist, filmmaker, editor, animator, 3D artist, developer, photographer, illustrator, designer, paper-based, writer, computer-based etc.
A table is available if you need one.
Next to London Fields Park and London Fields Overground (10 mins to Liverpool St). Close to Broadway Market. Lots of good food, famous E5 Bakery, coffee and a heated outdoor swimming pool 3 min away.
£265 - (Inclusive of water + rates, and fast internet. Does not include electricity)
Shared kitchen area in studio. Room for bikes inside. The studio is on the ground floor with easy access for loading and unloading.
There is 24-hour access.
Looks better in reality, just repainted the floor and layout is somewhat different now, and no plan chest – come take a look to get a better idea and we can chat.
