We have an amazing co-working space with dedicated desk available for rent in a private, spacious, sunlit 750+sq ft. studio, featuring 12ft ceilings and giant windows that open on to an internal court. Fully furnished, with a private bathroom and a stocked kitchen. We are on the top floor of a 7-storey elevator building, so it is constantly flooded with natural light. The building itself is filled with many creatives and makers in design, furniture, fashion, and music. We all have varying schedules, so the studio is never full if you're looking for a chill quiet space to work.
We are right by the Navy Yard with access to several bus lines out front that connect to most of Brooklyn as well as the Marcy and Flushing JMZ, and York F train. 10 mins walking distance to the G and Citybike 2 blocks away. Conveniently located for those living in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan (It takes us 30 mins door to door from the East Village to here). Safe area - I've (female) been here past midnight and caught public transport without issues.
Plenty of amenities - steps from Pratt, Utrecht art supply store, as well as a vibrant selection of cafes (Brooklyn Roasting Company), bars, restaurants, and grocery stores on Myrtle Ave and the developing Navy Yards.
