This is a prime location, luxury building, with a doorman. This beautiful room is immaculately clean, available Sunday to Friday. We are not available on Saturdays. Rent includes 1 fully furnished room share, heat, air conditioning, utilities, wireless internet, shared lounge, wi-fi, 1 bathrooms, washer/dryer, towels, and storage. Working hours/appointments are upon your determination. This would be great for, esthetician, micro-bladder, acupuncturist, or a New York State massage therapist.
* This is not a booth - a very BIG Room. All New York licenses must be with you at all times. Pricing mentioned is for 6 days.
