At PhotoManhattan Photography School, we offer space rental for artists and for general use since 2003. Conveniently located in Union Square, 14th at 6th Avenue, steps away from all major trains. Rentals can be for use as an office space or for classes, conferences, casting, video production, and other events.
Full space: 1000 sq. ft. Includes: two 230 sq. ft rooms + one 100 sq. ft room + open space 300sq. ft. Fits 50+ people. $199 p/hour. Minimum 4 hours.
If you are looking for a whole day rental, or longer such as for video productions please feel free to contact us if you can't find that availability in the booking calendar.
Space is located on the second or third floor, walk up, 10 feet high ceilings, north exposure, private bathroom, water availability, and waiting room area. We provide chairs, and dry erase boards, and internet at no charge. Projector can be added for a fee. Paid parking is 1 door down. Hourly meters are available 24/7 on 14th ST. Automated online bookings and great discounts.
We also offer classroom and other room rentals:
* Office: 100 sq. ft. Fits 2-3 people. $20 p/hour.
* General Room 1: 230 sq. ft. (image below). Fits 20 people. $45 p/hour.
* General Room 2: 500 sq. ft. Fits 40 people. $$80 p/hour.
