Busy, fast-growing area, well-lighted, parking, stores, restaurants. You get a desk, computer access, phone, work space, and storage. Not a separate room, you have your own share of the room anytime, but the whole space is yours when we are not here. 24 hour access, nice restrooms. Can be your legal physical address for NYC business license, IRS, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Need something part-time? We can negotiate.
