We are a casual and small community of creatives working in a sunny loft space in Gowanus. We work in a beautiful open space with wood floors, brick walls, and lots of natural light. We are offering desks for rent monthly ($450/month) . Larger desks available for ($600/month)
- The 11’ ceiling height unit is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), with two large bays of south facing windows.
- Three different desks available. Price range depends on desk size !! that includes an office chair. Each desk rental includes a storage shelf.
- There are 3 zoom rooms available.
- There is a meeting area and a lounge area.
- Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rental. The building and unit has electronic key systems for secure 24-hr entry.
