The following inclusions can be yours if required:
• Fully secure shared office space, air-conditioned office with back to base alarm
• Large office work stations with ample lockable storage, desk returns with additional storage, ergonomic chair and network/phone connections, phone VOIP/Digital capability (cost of phone calls not included)
• Space for signage in reception area
• Networked Toshiba multifunction colour printer (Copier, Scanner and Printer)
• Shared use of all meeting rooms
• Boardroom capacity 14 people – conference phone, computer, large screen/TV
• Small meeting room capacity 4 people – table, chairs and network/phone connection
• Shared use of kitchen area including fridge, dishwasher, appliances (Coffee machine), storage, crockery and seating. This space can also be used for training, running seminars (seating for 24-30) or client entertaining
• Shared use of storage area in basement
• Use of lockers both in office and in basement
• Showers, secure bike rack and toilet in basement area
• Electricity
