We're a small architecture and design studio in Chelsea, NOMAD, Flatiron neighborhood. We were sick of coworking spaces and wanted to create a quiet spacious private environment to work in. The large studio will have a maximum of only 4 people in it. Often times the space is empty! Each desk offered is over 12 linear feet each, nearly 3x the size of a typical coworking space.
