This space is currently only used for 8 hours per week, and is free to use 24 hours a day at all other times,

It is advertised as part of a shared agreement and is available immediately. It comes fully furnished with tables and chairs, 2 42" TVs, 2 smart interactive whiteboards a meeting area with sofas and a coffee table, printers, air conditioning, a receptionist internet, phone, a fridge, storage cupboards and 24 hour CCTV fobs and swipe card entry to the building and office among other things

The office is free 24 hours a day 7 days a week with the exception of Monday 5pm - 9pm and Thursday 5pm -9pm

As seen in the picture this space is large and would be available to you the whole week with the exception of the 8 hours we currently use it. All of our equipment would be available to you as well as fobs swipe cards and keys. You would be free to come and go as you please and see ft at your own leisure. There is a meeting space and work space. In the office and around the building.

There is a cafe, a lounge area, a waiting area, a reception and a reciptionist, kitchen and dining area, male and female bathroom, disabled access, elevators (lifts to and from the office) and cleaners who cleans the building.

Great for people who run a full time or part time business who wants a big office without the big expense. We took a lot of pride in the design of our office and in everything placed inside it. The reason we are renting is that we simply do not use the space enough to warrant the sole expense. We only use it for 2 CEO and project managers meetings per week.

Though the office has cleaners we would like to share with people who are clean and hygienic, we would also like to share with someone who value our equipment and or shared space the way we do with minimal damage or wear and tear to our equipment furniture and resources. Someone who could put their part of the office rent up without fail monthly and on time. Someone who understands the etiquette and rules and regulations of professional complex our business is located. Someone who operates within the parameters of the law. Teams or individuals welcome.
