Hello! We are a newly refurbished co-working space situated just off Oxford Street, equidistant between both Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus tube stations. Situated on the top floor, we have a 24/7 open office environment, a mezzanine level, a soft seated small meeting room, kitchen and a boardroom. Current occupants include a PR company, an advertising agency, recruitment and telecoms companies.
We currently have 2x desks available in the downstairs main room, and 3x desks available in the mezzanine. These desks are available to occupy immediately, and come with a one month rolling contract.

Wells Street Studio was setup after the incumbent photographer retired from his craft. Originally a school in the 1880s, the building has since been home to a haberdashery, food photographers, packaging designers and ad agencies. We provide fantastic affordable facilities in a great location, and are friendly and collaborative with existing and new tenants. We currently offer a one month rolling contract.
