We're a music booking agency with nine employees, and we have three desks open in our office on Jay Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
Our office is bright and open, with a large kitchen and comfortable reception area. The office space covers 2,300 square feet and our large windows bring in lots of natural light, with views of Downtown Manhattan and some glorious sunsets!
Desk dimensions are: 47"L x 27"D x 29"H
Our location is easily accessible from F/A trains and the East River Ferry. We're also just across the road from Brooklyn Roasting Company.
Rental includes fast Internet, printer, fax, and the desks are wired for phone lines though that service is not included. The kitchen has a full size fridge, water cooler, coffee maker, and a big table for lunch or meetings. There's also a shared conference room down the hall. We listen to music all day and are a pretty social office - the space is not suitable for someone seeking a super private workspace.
Price is negotiable if a tenant rents multiple desks.
