This space is located in a prime waterfront Greenpoint Brooklyn location. Approx 650 square feet of raw space with super high ceilings.

We are a dotcom ecom store that has transitioned away from handling our own shipping and have plenty of extra space. We mainly do software dev and design at one of the desks in the space. Perfect for an artist, designer, programmer, writer, etc... Unfortunately we can't take musicians. We're a small, very low stress company and we'd love to split up the space with another business that needs to ship as well.

Near trains, restaurants and bars. Freight elevator, door that facilitates pallet delivery. Just a really cool space.

We can fit 6 desks very comfortably or flexible pricing if you need more space. the office space is raw and can be configured/re-configured to suit your needs (we'll work with you). The desks and chairs shown are just to illustrate the size of the space, but you can keep those as well if needed.
