We have roughly 8,000 sq/ft and have roughly 12 startups working alongside of us at 588 Broadway. The space has been great for everyone involved, in a perfect location and we've fostered a nice little community of teams over the past 12 months.
Two of our teams are moving on to their own spaces, so we have a number of desks available. We don't profit but attempt to break even on the space and therefore charge $500 a month for each desk. With that desk fee comes reception, wifi, printers, scanners, bathrooms, doorman, 7 conference rooms, 2 phone rooms, a kitchen, ping pong table, lounge space, etc... We have an open seating plan with desks in rows of 8 and would love to find some good partners to join us. We have teams as small as two and as large as 15, plus we structure the subleases with flexibility so people aren't in long term commitments when trying to scale.
