Large open space with about 34 seats available total. We are casual, but have a very productive, fun environment. The space is really great for a small start-up or a consultant looking for a home base. You'll have access to a large, shared kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, large fridge, water fountain, silverware, etc...). Snacks and drinks are included, including fruits and coffee (and of course we have an espresso machine too).
The dedicated internet line is a fiber optics line running at 300x300mbps with a fast wifi network ("ac" running at over 1gbps). In case the main line goes down, we also have a spare 100x10mbps line as backup.
There are three meeting rooms dedicated to the sublease (out of a total of 6 in the office). Each seat gives you access to 12 hours/month of meeting room and the booking is done online. Dedicated phone booths perfect for taking calls. But more importantly, we have a foosball table and game consoles.
The building is open 24/7 and can be accessed with a keycard.
