The space will be occupied 50% by the FINDMINE staff; tenants will have access to a shared kitchen space and three shared conference rooms (seating 6, 6, and 10 respectively) with videoconferencing capability and whiteboards. Of the two other offices on the floor, one is occupied by another tech company, and the other is currently unoccupied. Restrooms are shared by all three offices on the floor. Located off the 6 line and near the BDFM/NQRW at Herald Square, the location has easy access to amenities and public transportation. Light printing and coffee & tea will be available.
