We are looking to sublet our beautiful office in Dumbo. Currently with 9 desks but can accommodate up to 20 people. Desks are very spacious and equipped with a drawers cabinet.
We have a small storage/kitchen with coffee and tea along with a printer and shredder. There is also a conference room table (not a separate room) that can fit 9 people with a tv that can be used for meetings. Next door to our office there is a private conference room provided by the building that can be booked anytime.
The office has a great views on the river and very sunny and the building is class A.
Price includes utilities and some of the furniture, tbd with tenant. Alternatively, we are open to rent single desks at $650/month.
