We're looking to share the space with a photographer, architect, video editor, or anyone who primarily needs space to do some work.
The space is a 5 minute walk from the Grand stop off the L. And a short 10 minute ride into Manhattan. It's close enough to some nice eateries -like Roberta's - and bars. It also has nice unobstructed views of the Bushwick skyline and gets a ton of natural sunlight. So much so that it will make you smile.
There's 24 hour building access, a freight elevator, and a private entrance into the studio space.
