Brand new private, furnished office with walls lined with White Boards. The office is fitted with 3 high-grade folding tables and chairs and can be replaced with (a long-term) renter’s furniture.

Amenities include hi-speed Internet, kitchenette, 2nd floor conference room available for bookings, two small seating areas, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Space is perfect for a small team seeking a quiet, relaxed, creative space. We also have extra "hot desks" available if more room is needed.

We are a boutique creative agency of 15 friendly professionals with an in-house production team. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. (Extended hours can be negotiated.)

We are conveniently located in Long Island City, one train stop from Manhattan. We also have the 7, E, G, and M trains within a 3-block radius.
