Center 57 offers a Lecture Room meeting space for up to 26 people plus a presenter. This style setup is designed for those special meeting needs that require the conventional way of presentation for a training and/or educational format. The room is set up with rows of chairs with a table setup for the head presenter. Free Wi-Fi available. Media Package available to purchase and includes: TV/Monitor w/ HDMI hookup, VoIP Phone System for Teleconferencing, Video Conference, Whiteboard. With access to all of the amenities and service features in the traditional office establishments, our Lecture Room is ideal for your next presentation or conference.
*Meetings ending after 5pm will have a $75 After-Hour surcharge.
**A $50 Set Up fee applies.
**Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time for check in. A key card will be provided at check in to access meeting space and must be returned upon check out. Failure to return key card within 15 minutes of your scheduled “ending time” will result in additional meeting room time which will be charged in 1-hour increments. Failure to return card key at all will result in a $35 fee for card replacement and video review to determine final end of meeting time.
