Office space available in my Showroom gallery in Prenzlauer Berg. Looking for 1 or 2 people to share the room with me. Mostly I am only there on the weekends and for special events like openings. The cost for your share would be €260 per month with WiFi, heating, and electricity all included. Minimum of 1 month at a time.
It’s a nice big sunny room directly on a quiet side street in Prenzlauer Berg Berlin. There are two large desks as well as a central meeting area. There is even a little bench out front for having a smoke or just a quiet outdoor moment of contemplation. I am only seldom there so mostly you would have the room to yourself. Access is very open, maybe not super late on a regular basis but your hours can be completely flexible. Adjacent to my showroom space are a small kitchen and a bathroom, as well as the work spaces of a few other people. I will do one opening a month in the space and take it over from Friday to Monday, but we can talk about that in more detail if you are interested.
