Who we are looking for:
This is a 1,000 square feet commercial loft that has been converted to a communal workspace with eight desks. We are looking for a creative person and/or entrepreneur to join us. There are 4 of us now and we are looking for more to join! We are: a filmmaker, a graphic designer, and a writer.
Being part of a creative office with other freelancers/self-employed people has helped us all in our work and could help you, too!
What you get:
· A 6ftx8ft section of the office with a desk, cabinet with a lock, and desk lamp. This is a real place to work! Not a cafe or your kitchen.
· Internet is included (unless you will be using a lot of bandwidth, then we might have to upgrade our service and that costs more).
· 24-hour access.
· Use of the common areas including a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, and a conference table for small meetings.
