A 2 room space perfectly situated in culturally booming area where LES meets Chinatown on Manhattan. Located on the 2nd floor of the building. The space features wooden floors, newly painted walls and nice and monochrome and modern design. The space has one small room with 2 desks, one larger room with a communal table for 4, and an additional seat.
The space is a nice and cool design studio that works well for meetings, workshops, desk work, for up to 7 people. Both rooms have large boards of industrial style metal on the walls with lots of magnets, to use a s pinboard. Booth rooms also have whiteboards. Perfect for creative people that appreciates a well designed space. Features all real leather office chairs (from Westelm and the
Pollock chair" from Knoll). Black resin painted communal table with custom welded table bases. Mid century modern sideboard and desk. Light grey parquette floor and black checker carpet. Industrial style ceiling spotlight, wall lights and desk lamps. The space is beautiful!
The kitchen has a bar table and 3 stools, kitchen utilities, microwave, water boiler and stove/oven.
There is two small bathroom, one with the toilet, and the other with a bathtub and a sink (no sink in the toilet room).

Only minus with the space is; the space is located in a residential building, with a bit "scruffy" entrance/stairway (shown in last images), and does ot have a buzzer.
This is my design studio. I am working with interior design projects all over New York and other states, and am rarely at the studio, since there is a lot of meeting on sites. Please be respectful of the neighbors, this is a residential building!
You are walking distance to Soho, Nolita, Little Italy, East Village and the subway is just under the buliding. Close to the Tenement Museum, New Museum, and Williamsburg/ Brooklyn Bridges. Grocery stores & delis steps away.
