$100 PER DESK PER WEEK

As for parking, there are several paid car parking options within walking distance.

Workstation desk
Studio chair
Cabled electricity
Wifi Internet
Access to Upstairs space
Tea/coffee (Nespresso coffee machine)
Access to meeting table (Shared with Binyan studio - shared calendar for bookings)
Use of Ping Pong table
Use of Arcade Game Machine
STUDIO EXCLUSIONS:
Telephones
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: (Must be paid prior to tenanting) - $65 deposit for fob

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
Notice to terminate rental agreement requires 2 weeks written notice
Fees must be paid in advance of the rental period
