Come and join us in our lovely studio in the heart of Hackney, just 1 minute walk from London Fields and Broadway Market.

We are a mix of Architects, Interior Architects, Graphic Designers and a dog (no worries, she doesn’t bite, because she’s made of papier mache).

We will provide you with a desk (1400 x 750), a chair, a lockable pedestal with drawers, 2 Magazine files, shelf space (1400 wide) and space for a standard A3 printer.

You will be able to use our meeting room and all the facilities offered by Netil House which include Netil 360 our own amazing rooftop terrace & bar and Morty & Bob our lovely bistro and bar with additional terrace, shower, reception, post service and kitchen. You will also receive discounted rates for the Netil 360 bar (20%) and in the house reformer pilates classes.

You will of course have free access to broadband, CAT6 network, unlimited coffee, tea and occasional treats, all other bills included.

The boring part:

Monthly fee is £300 excl. VAT per table.
1 months advance payment and 6 weeks deposit payment prior to move in.
1 months notice for termination.
