Our semi-private floor shares with our corporate offices and is located on the 5th floor of our townhouse and is perfect for a team of 5-8. This floor has great natural lighting with expansive six-foot window with Empire State views and central skylight with amazing views of the Empire State Building. Our fifth floor comes fully furnished and offer the flexibility of setting the floor in the way best suited for your company. 24/7 access to the floor is key card elevator and stair access. We require 3-month minimum at $3500/month, which includes all on site concierge staffing, utilities, daily cleaning, secure dedicated wi-fi network. You will have shared conference area, lounge area, fully furnished with dedicated desks, mini kitchen and more.
