We are a multi-service production company located on Eighth Avenue with close proximity to both Times Square and Penn Station, allowing for easy access to public transportation.
We are offering for sublet an 11 ft x 12 ft enclosed office space with a door. The office comes complete with a large L-shape executive wooden desk and soft chair, two bookcases as well as a couch, and a large window with a street view. (However, the space may be adjusted to accommodate up to three smaller desks with chairs, if preferred. Additional chairs and desk are not included).
Our brightly sunlit office is located in a lobby-staff-supervised commercial building in a bustling neighborhood, offering an array of multi-national food options.
The space includes:
- Large L-shaped wooden desk with chair
- Free high-speed internet
- Access to Copier/Fax
- Use of a full kitchen (with a microwave) and water cooler
- Access to private bathroom
- Weekly office cleaning
- Free coffee, tea, water and snacks
The ideal tenant would be in a field complementary to ours such as video editing, social media, PR, or marketing. We will, however, consider other types of businesses for the right tenant.
