Included in the monthly cost is: Wi-Fi, telephone, printer access, kitchen access (coffee, tea, fridge, toaster, microwave, water filter), conference room & meeting room access. We also have a cleaning lady who comes weekly to maintain the space. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 9a-5p. We are a five minute walk from Court Square station which services the E and M trains from Manhattan (about a 15 minute ride). For lunch, visit the beautiful Gantry Park with stunning views on the East River. If you are coming from Brooklyn, connection is available via the G train. We are open to hosting individuals of all backgrounds that are looking for a productive and fully functioning office setting to carry out their work.
