The office is nice and bright with big windows. Located right on Lincoln Rd it is in the heart of Miami Beach.
We offer one desk in our quiet office. Everything is included, you just need to bring your laptop. Our internet is fast and reliable with about 50mb/s in download speed. We also have a printer that you could use if needed.
We have a water fountain and a microwave in the office if needed but the building has a community room shared space on the 4th floor with vending machines, couch, TV chairs etc.
You would share the main office with just one person, with the CEO occasionally dropping by, but he has his own room.
There are also some conference rooms that can be booked through the building if needed.
There is a UPS/Fedex and USPS drop Box inside the building, so it is very easy to drop off packages.
You can access the building 24/7 if you need but outside business hours, you will need a key fob that we will have to request to the building management for an extra $25.00 per fob.
