- We are offering our 4 story townhouse office for an office share
- In light of recent events we won't be needed so much space and would like to share the space with another business
- We are a B2B tech startup in logistics
- We are a mostly london-based team but also rely heavily on a distributed working style with a team based in Europea and the US

The space (1200 sqft over 4 floors):
- 1st floor: board room with conferencing equipment (2 people extra could be fit)
- 2nd floor: fixed desks (10 people)
- 3rd floor: kitchen and lounge area (4 people)
- 4th floor: fixed desks (8 people)

What's available:
- We are offering space that would suit a team of 10 people with a private bathroom and wardrobe room plus storage.
- There will be shared access to a kitchen space, lounge space and meeting rooms.
- Internet, cleaning, access and furniture is all provided for.
- Minimum term is negotiable but we would like at least a 6 month arrangement
