Located in Melbourne CBD within the former headquarters of the Melbourne Steamship Company, the 25 King Street is home to Excelon Group (Level 2), a design-led property development group seeking to create community focused and environmentally sustainable residential projects.

On Ground and First levels, 25 King Collective offers a range of work spaces including desks and studio suites. The building has been freshly refurbished to the design of renowned Melbourne architects Kennedy Nolan.

Our space caters perfectly to creative practitioners including architects, interior and graphic designers, photographers, film makers and illustrator. Our hot desks allow you the flexibility to come and go at your own pace. The dedicated desks allow you to set up a permanent work space, including a generous-sized desk, Sayl chair and plywood pedestal. With a boardroom that seats 10, a meeting room that seats 6 and two other informal break out areas, all meticulously styled, you may be assured that your clients are impressed as well as inspired.

On Level 1, we offer a spacious suite which can accommodate up to 6-8 people. Besides that, we have 6 private suites, accommodating 2-3 people each.
